About Me:
Hey! My name is Priscilla and I am a beauty and lifestyle enthusiast. This blog came to life after I graduated from art school in London with a degree in fashion and textiles design. At the time I wasn’t quite sure about my next steps as I quickly realised after some work experience that working under a design house wasn’t the path I wanted to pursue. With all this time I had trying to figure out what I wanted, I began reflecting on what truly brought me joy—and it led me back to a long-lost love for makeup, beauty and lifestyle. I found that the friends and people around me would often turn to me for advice on my beauty routine, favourite products, and tips. I had so much to share, so many opinions and that’s when the idea for this blog was born.
Why 'MISS PRISS'?
You might be wondering—why MISS PRISS? The name “Priss” comes from a childhood nickname that most people called me because 'Priscilla' was just too long. One day I was chatting with my mum on the phone and jokingly mentioned starting a beauty brand. She suggested 'MISS PRISS' and I loved the ring of it, so in a spur-of-the-moment decision, I created an Instagram account with that name. I also love the double meaning of "Priss"—someone who is overly proper, prim, or particular. This blog is all about high standards. I aim to share my most honest, unfiltered opinions. When it comes to reviewing products I am realistic and I am fussy- so I guess you could call it a bit of a prissy blog..

MISS PRISS is a space for me to share beauty hacks, makeup tips, and amazing products that I’ve personally tried. Having struggled with acne-prone skin, using the wrong products, and spending years figuring out what truly works, I want to help others by offering my most honest and unfiltered advice.
This is my space for real, transparent beauty reviews—whether a product has worked for me or not. I share the tips that have truly made a difference in my routine because I’m tired of influencers promoting products they don’t truly believe in. My goal is to provide genuine information to help you find what works best for your own beauty journey.
